It is important to recognize that the majority of our products are made by artisans and may vary slightly in patina, design or size due to their uniqueness.
If you receive an item that manufacturer defects or damage have occurred during the delivery process it must be reported within the first 48 hours of receipt in order to ensure eligibility for refund consideration. To submit a claim please complete the claim form, located within the customer service tab under “claims”. Each claim will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Any claims outside of this 48 hour window will be denied. Defects that are not apparent upon delivery and manifest over time, including both physical and functional, must be reported within 30 days of receipt. After this period of time, we cannot guarantee credit or replacement. Please take into consideration that many of our products are made by hand. These items are considered unique and the aging process that is expected with these elements is not viewed as defective but rather part of their charm.
Shipping costs will be provided once items have been placed in the cart and customer has proceeded to checkout. These costs are factored on a doorstep delivery service and the dimensional weight of the product. Larger items such as oversized products and furnishings may require assistance in lifting and/or assembly. If you would prefer a white glove delivery, please do not hesitate to email us at email@example.com, and we would be happy to make these delivery arrangements for an additional fee. Any custom orders involve a 12-14 week lead time from the time the order is placed with additional time for shipping. Please note that the number of days listed next to each shipping method for non-custom orders refers to expected delivery time once your order has left our store. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be properly inspected and packaged prior to shipment.
